“In COCO, a boutique hotel will have approximately 178 rooms, each located in the first zone. The hotel will include a restaurant, function halls, and a hydrotherapy center/spa with a pool and Pool House. Operated by an internationally renowned hotel chain, it will ensure a high-quality experience for both guests and visitors.
In the second and third zones, a small portion of land will be used to create a select number of luxury residences, seamlessly integrated with the natural landscape. The construction design follows the topography of the environment, subtly blending in so well that it is barely visible even when viewed from the sea.
Furthermore, enhancing the area’s natural wealth will create a network of publicly accessible green spaces. In full respect of the island’s character, the project largely follows its unique architectural elements, while the Masterplan features traditional materials – a cultural heritage from the Venetian era that beautifully links the past, present, and future using this longstanding symbol of the island.”
